Because each piece is handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size or colour preference.

Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you confirmed with us, contact us on WhatsApp with clear photos and your order details so we can make it right.

Before you order

• Check the Size Guide and confirm your measurements with us on WhatsApp.
• Discuss any customisation before confirming; modifications are Rs. 10,000 PKR.
• Colours may vary slightly due to photographic lighting and screen settings.
